Nora's Diary: October 14, 1989

Dear Diary,

I couldn't believe it! I saw HIM in Dark Wave of all places. 

Today I was with my stepbrother Jacob shopping at the Century Mall when we decided to go into Dark Wave. I was looking for a red blouse to wear to a sweet sixteen party, while Jacob wanted to check out the Asian guy that works there. Anyway, the 'mystery' Medusas guy is named David and he  has the sexiest eyes I've ever seen. My heart melts every time I see him. He has great taste in fashion and wasn't a snob. He was looking at some shirts and was on the fence over a purple one which I told him to totally go for! The only problem is that he has a girlfriend, although I've seen them arguing at the club, so maybe he might be available soon! 

I would love to have a boyfriend thats looks good, but is intelligent and open minded. David seems to fit that criteria, so I'll wait and see. Now, if Jacob would get enough courage to talk to that guy who works at Dark Wave, then we'll both win.

In honor of this fabulous day, I'm dancing around my bedroom in my red pjs listening to New Order.
